1. Overview

Pineapple Fund Reboot is a free, global promotional giveaway. No purchase is required to enter. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Ticket Responsibility

Each participant receives a unique digital ticket upon successful entry. Participants are responsible for retaining their original ticket details.

In the event that a participant is selected as a winner, the original ticket must be presented for verification. Failure to produce the original ticket may result in forfeiture of the prize.

5. Disqualification

Participation is limited to one entry per individual. Multiple entries by the same person, whether through different email addresses, identities, devices, or any other means, may result in disqualification at our sole discretion.

The giveaway is designed to be fair and accessible. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry system undermines that purpose and may lead to permanent exclusion & disqualification.

6. Winner Notification & Claim Period

Winners are notified exclusively via the email address provided at the time of entry. A response and confirmation from the winner is required in order to claim any prize.

If a winner does not respond within twenty-one (21) days of the initial notification, the prize will be considered unclaimed and may be reassigned or cancelled.

Participants are encouraged to regularly check their inbox, including spam or junk folders, to avoid missing important communications.

7. Role of the Organizers

The organizers of Pineapple Fund Reboot are not the direct owners or sponsors of the funds distributed through this giveaway.

The platform and system have been built at the request of the anonymous donor("Mr. Pine"), who has entrusted the organizers with facilitating fair and transparent distribution. The organizers act solely as operators of the giveaway infrastructure.

8. Privacy & Anonymity

The identity of the principal donor will remain private. The identities of winners will also remain confidential unless a winner explicitly chooses to disclose their participation.

We are committed to protecting participant privacy and will never publicly associate any individual with this giveaway without their consent.
